On Thursday 18th October our staff team all took part in loneworker training. The training was delivered by Able Training and taught the team skills such as identify challenging behaviour, recognising the risks associated with lone working, perform dynamic risk assessments and communicating effectively to de-escalate conflict in emotive situations.
