TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984

 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, that the Oxfordshire County Council

TEMPORARILY PROHIBITS THE USE OF THE HIGHWAY

BY ALL MOTOR VEHICLES

         LOCATION:         Buckland & Pusey, A420 (between B4508 and Buckland Road)

         REASON:           Serious incident and subsequent road repairs in the

                                      interests of safety of all users.

         DURATION:         Started on 16 July 2020 (at 04:00hrs)

                                     The anticipated completion date is 17 July 2020 (at 06:00hrs)

                                      (date included)  (full closure 24hrs each day)

                                      (Emergency Traffic Regulation Notices cover a  maximum of 21 days)

         ACCESS:             Will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for frontages within the closed section of road, subject to the progress of the works

         SUGGESTED ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:  The alternative routes for traffic

         are via a combination of  A417 – A338 – A415 and vice-versa.
