To provide open Youth Work sessions with positive activity and to deliver an active programme by engaging with the community, to provide better life chances for our young people.
Faringdon Town Council run a variety of sessions for young people across our different venues. We currently have two Senior Youth Workers, two Youth Workers and two assistant youth workers as well as some fantastic volunteers working to bring opportunities to the young people of our town. All our workers are safeguarding and first aid trained as well as either holding a youth work qualification or working towards one.

Sessions we are currently running:
Monday – School Outreach at FCC 1-2pm
Wednesday – AAA in The Corn Exchange 4.00pm – 5.30pm
Wednesday- Youth Club Session (Years 6,7 and 8) in the Pump House Project 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Thursday / Friday (varies form week to week) -School outreach at FCC 1pm -2pm
As well as special events in order to engage our young people in the community.
